Self-supporting in economy helps strengthen the material foundation of the country, push forward social and economic development and defend independence.

Only self-reliance is the way of living independently and it guarantees the economic progress of the country and national prosperity.

Self-reliant national defence capability provides a military guarantee of independent and sovereignty state and serves as a reliable treasured sword for defending the sovereignty.
