The bulletin in an article titled "Kim Jong Il, chairman of the NDC of the DPRK, and invincible power" referred to the fact that he has consolidated the politico-ideological position of the country as firm as a rock under the uplifted banner of the Juche idea, the Songun idea.

It noted that he made sure that all the people learned from the undaunted and noble ideological and moral traits being displayed by the service personnel of the KPA by paying primary attention to training them to be fighters strong in transparent thinking and faith, thereby making it possible for the DPRK to steadily advance the cause of socialism by dint of inexhaustible might of the ideology of the servicepersons and people even in the severest adversity.

Under the dynamic leadership of Kim Jong Il the Korean people have made eye-opening successes in the efforts to build a thriving nation, the bulletin added.
