Speakers at the ceremony referred to the fact that the All-People Committee for Measures against the Murder of Evacuees in Ryongsan including people from all walks of life such as workers, peasants and religionists would be reorganized into a larger committee for probing the truth behind the Ryongsan tragedy for the purpose of escalating the actions for probing the truth behind the tragedy, punishing the main culprit of the murder and holding in check "the redevelopment."
