Mexican Institute Publishes Bulletin

| Pyongyang, April 4 (KCNA) -- The Mexican Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea published the 53rd issue of its bulletin to mark the 17th anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's election as chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and the 78th anniversary of the founding of the Korean People's Army. The bulletin carried a photo of Kim Jong Il inspecting a KPA unit. In an article titled "Chairman of NDC Kim Jong Il and Invincible KPA" it stressed that his election as NDC chairman marked an important occasion in making the KPA further demonstrate its might as an invincible army. Thanks to him, the politico-ideological and military technical might of the KPA has been strengthened in every way, the bulletin said, and went on: He has steadily taken measures to equip the army with unique strategy and tactics as required by modern warfare and in conformity with the geographical features of the country and strengthen its military technical preparedness. Today the KPA is an invincible army equipped with nuclear deterrent and prepared both for attack and defence. The KPA holding Kim Jong Il as NDC chairman will fully demonstrate its might of invincibility in the future, too. |
