Colombia-Korea Association Issues Bulletin

| Pyongyang, April 6 (KCNA) -- The Colombia-Korea Association of Friendship and Culture issued a bulletin on Mar. 30 on the occasions of the 17th anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's election as chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission and the 78th anniversary of the foundation of the heroic Korean People's Army. The bulletin noted in an article titled "NDC Chairman Kim Jong Il and the KPA" that Kim Jong Il has developed the KPA into an army strong in ideology and faith, firmly armed with the spirit of devotedly defending the leader. The KPA led by him is sure to emerge victorious--this is the main core of the ideological and moral traits of the KPA and herein lies its invincible might, it said, adding: Under his wise leadership the KPA has grown to be a strong army perfect not only in politico-ideological aspect but also in military technological terms and secured even powerful war deterrent lest any imperialist formidable enemy dare provoke.
