In this regard Rodong Sinmun Tuesday in a signed commentary says:

The U.S. groundless accusation against the DPRK over what it called "missile threat" and "spread of banned arms" is part of the psychological warfare designed to attain its dirty aims. The reality shows that the U.S. sinister psychological warfare against the DPRK is getting evermore vicious while assuming a fresh aspect.

The development and deployment of missiles by the DPRK is for its self-defence from A to Z.

As for the source of the missile issue, it was spawned by the U.S. which has posed constant threat to the DPRK after introducing a large number of nukes and missiles to the southern part of the Korean Peninsula.

The rumor about "spread of banned arms", too, is a strategic propaganda invented by the U.S.

It is just the U.S. that should be censured worldwide for being an illegal spreader of weapons.

The U.S. is sadly mistaken if it calculates that it can prevent the DPRK from bolstering up its legitimate war deterrent by misleading the public opinion with such false rumors about "missile threat" and "spread of banned arms".

The said shameless sophism of the U.S. imperialists can never go down with anyone.
