Timed to coincide with this, the "Advisory Council for Democracy and Peaceful Unification" of south Korea, etc. is more noisily talking about any "change" and crying out for military moves to cope with it.

Rodong Sinmun Wednesday observes in a signed commentary carried in this regard:

The above-said outbursts let loose by the U.S. and the south Korean conservative group are a serious provocation disclosing their undisguised attempt to invade the DPRK and a despicable plot to hurt its international authority.

What is more intolerable is that the south Korean authorities are getting more frantic in their moves to escalate the ill-famed confrontation of systems and provoke a war against the DPRK, pursuant to the policy of their American master.

After working out such extremely provocative scenarios for invading the DPRK as "emergency ruling plan" and "study of a long-term program for unification" simulating a "contingency" the conservative group is going mad with the moves to launch aggression against it together with the U.S.

However, the "contingency" of which the U.S. and the south Korean conservative group are dreaming is nothing but an absurd delusion and a pipedream.

The DPRK is an invincible state as it has its roots struck among the popular masses and is protected by the powerful army of Songun.

The U.S. and the south Korean puppet group would be well advised to care about their destiny before trumpeting about somebody's "contingency".

The U.S. imperialists and the south Korean bellicose forces had better stop miscalculating.

The DPRK will never pardon those who dare provoke it but mercilessly punish them as it regards its dignity and system as its life and soul.
