Kim Yong Il Meets Chinese Ambassador

Pyongyang, April 8 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Il, director of the International Affairs Department of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, on Wednesday met and had a talk with Liu Hongcai, new Chinese ambassador to the DPRK who paid a courtesy call on him.
