Pyongyang, April 8 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il received floral baskets from the Kanagawa Prefectural Citizen's Society for Promoting the Normalization of Japan-DPRK Diplomatic Relation and Nada Takashi, representative of Ehime Institute for Contemporary Korean Issue in Japan, Thursday on the occasion of the 17th anniversary of his election as chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK.
