An article of the bulletin said: The Korean people have designated as the Day of the Sun April 15 when President Kim Il Sung, founder of socialist Korea, was born. His august name means the sun. He is, indeed, like the sun.

Stressing that the President clearly indicated the road for humankind in the era of independence to follow, the bulletin referred to the brisk activities for the study and dissemination of the Juche idea being conducted on a worldwide scale.

It went on:

Kim Il Sung lies in state at the Kumsusan Memorial Palace called "house of the sun."

The Korean people hold him in high esteem as the eternal President of the DPRK.

As the sun is eternal, the President is always alive with humankind.
