The bulletin carried articles captioned "His whole life devoted to the country and people", "NDC Chairman Kim Jong Il and the Korean revolution" and "The KPA which has always won victories under the banner of Songun".

In those articles the bulletin told about the undying feats of President Kim Il Sung who devoted his all to the prosperity of the country and the people's happiness, stressing that the whole life of the President praised as the eternal leader by the Korean people was that for the country and the people.

The bulletin praised Kim Jong Il as a great statesman who is steering the Korean revolution to victory by dint of the Songun idea and single-minded unity based on it and as an iron-willed commander and a genius of creation and construction who opened up a new era of building a thriving nation while defending socialism and reliably protecting the security of the country and the people with Songun.

Saying that the revolutionary history of Kim Il Sung, founder of the KPA, is the history of Songun revolutionary leadership in which he founded the army before anything else and led the revolution in reliance on the powerful military strength, the bulletin stressed that his history of leadership over the army is given steady continuity by Supreme Commander Kim Jong Il.
