Kim Il Sung founded the Juche idea, the Songun idea, providing the immortal guidelines for realizing the cause of independence.

He steered the revolution and construction to victory by believing in the people and relying on them all his life.

He dedicated his all to Korea' reunification till the last moments of his life.

The three principles of national reunification, the 10-point programme of the great unity of the whole nation and the proposal for founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo advanced by the President were formulated as the three charters for national reunification to be invariably held fast to by the Korean nation in the movement for reunification by Kim Jong Il, top leader of the Korean people.
