The concert was appreciated by senior party and state officials, the chairperson of a friendly party, officials of ministries and national institutions and officials and working people of different strata in the city.

Put on the stage were such colorful numbers as chorus and piano duet "Nostalgia", female trio and chorus "Mangyongdae, the Cradle of Revolution", female solo "His Eternal Smile" and female sextet "We Sing of Our Country Holding the Leader in High Esteem".

The performers sang high praises of the undying feats of President Kim Il Sung, founder of socialist Korea and father of the nation, who ushered in the period of full efflorescence of independence and prosperity on this land.

They truthfully represented the firm faith and will of the Korean army and people to hold Kim Il Sung in high esteem as the sun of Juche for all ages.
