He in the statement said: On the occasion of the 98th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung, the prominent leader of the Korean people, we recall with deep emotion the immortal exploits he performed in the course of founding and leading the DPRK and the facts that he extended mental and material support to the African countries and peoples, the Equatorial Guinean government and people in particular, in the efforts for independence, sovereignty and social wellbeing.

He hoped that the friendly relations between his party and the Workers' Party of Korea based on the common interests would continue to develop on good terms in the future, too.
