The general secretary of the Central Committee of the New Communist Party of Britain noted that he had the high honor to be granted an audience with President Kim Il Sung when visiting the DPRK, which offered him an occasion to keenly feel the greatness of the President revered by the whole world. The President was the great leader of the people without parallel in human history, he said.

He said with high appreciation that Kim Jong Il who is successfully carrying forward the President's revolutionary idea and exploits, has performed immortal feats for the human cause of independence by wisely leading the Korean people in the cause of building a thriving nation.

The chairman of the Guinean National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea said at the seminar on Kim Jong Il's work "The Democratic People's Republic of Korea Is a Socialist State of Juche with Invincible Might" that the work serves as guidelines of struggle for not only the Korean people but also the progressive mankind advocating independence of each country and nation.

A message to Kim Jong Il was adopted at the seminar held in UK.

Meanwhile, remembrance meetings took place in Thailand, the Czech Republic and Mexico on April 9 and 10 on the occasion of the Day of the Sun.
