Japan's Moves to Emerge Military Giant under Fire
Pyongyang, April 20 (KCNA) -- The minister of Defence of Japan was recently reported to have cried out for reexamining the application of the "three principles of arms export" while its minister of Foreign Affairs blustered Japan should not rule out the shipment of nukes by the U.S. forces.

Rodong Sinmun Tuesday observes in a signed commentary in this regard:

Such venomous militarist remarks openly made by the Japanese ruling quarters are nothing but a revelation of the reckless moves stepped up by those with daggers hidden in their belts to turn Japan into a military giant and launch reinvasion.

The Japanese reactionaries' call for reexamining the above-said principles is aimed at clearing the hurdles lying in the way of converting Japan into a military power for overseas aggression.

The Japanese reactionaries are now so emboldened as to discard the "three principles of arms export" which they have advocated for form's sake and rush headlong into the moves to turn Japan into a military giant.

Their ulterior intention is to have the cumbersome principles scrapped.

The outbursts let loose by a high-ranking politician of Japan underscoring the necessity of the shipment of U.S. nukes under the pretext of "contingency" are nothing but a dangerous signal to rush headlong into nuclear weaponization in blatant breach of the above-said principles.

The Japanese reactionaries, who persist in their moves to let their country go nuclear, seek to legalize the shipment of U.S. nukes and make it an established fact under the pretext of "contingency" in a bid to completely eliminate the "three non-nuclear principles" which exist in name only.

Japan's moves to turn itself into a military power and go nuclear are obviously linked with its scenario to stage a comeback to Korea.

The Japanese reactionaries will be made to suffer a horrible disaster if they keep going reckless, seized with the wild militarist ambition quite contrary to the trend of the times.
