Present there from the Korean side were Ri Yong Ho, chief of the KPA General Staff, Pak Jae Gyong, vice-minister of the People's Armed Forces, general officers and other officers of the KPA and from the Cuban side members of the delegation led by Alvaro Lopez Miera, vice-minister of Revolutionary Armed Forces and chief of the General Staff of the Revolutionary Armed Forces, and Military Attache Leonardo Perez Mesa of the Cuban embassy here.

At the talks both sides reaffirmed the will to further develop the friendly relations between the armies of the two countries and exchanged views on the matters of mutual concern.
