The chairman of the Malta-Korea Friendship Association said in the statement on April 12 that President Kim Il Sung is the great man who founded the immortal Juche idea and led the Korean revolution and global independence to victory.

He built a socialist paradise in Korea where the popular masses are the masters of everything and everything serves them and devoted his whole life to the people, the statement noted.

The revolutionary cause of Juche pioneered by the President has been successfully carried forward by General Secretary Kim Jong Il, it said, expressing support and solidarity with the Korean people in the efforts to accomplish the President's cause under the leadership of Kim Jong Il.

The head of a department of the Political Faculty of the University of Damascus of Syria said in the statement on April 14 that Kim Il Sung is the greatest man who is boundlessly revered by the progressive people of the world.

The statement noted that the exploits performed by him serve as the precious experience and the revolutionary faith and will for the countries and peoples aspiring after independence, justice and equality.

Kim Il Sung is always alive as the sun in the hearts of the progressive mankind of the world for the undying feats he performed for the Korean revolution and global independence, it stressed.
