The U.S. should make a bold decision to fulfill its responsibility for eliminating the leftovers of the Cold War era from the peninsula.

The U.S. will stand more bitterly rejected and censured internally and externally and invite international isolation and destruction if it tries to keep them, persistently turning away from the voices of the Korean and other peoples of the world demanding their earlier elimination.
