The bulletin in an article said that President Kim Il Sung, the founder of the KPA, defeated two formidable imperialisms in one generation, praising him as a legendary hero and genius of military affairs as he performed the military exploits to be specially recorded in the world history.

It is thanks to Kim Jong Il, chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, that the politico-ideological and military technical potentials of the KPA have been bolstered up in every way, the bulletin noted, declaring that the KPA would continue to demonstrate its might in the future, too.
