S. Korea's Moves to Revive Conception of "Principal Enemy" Flailed

Pyongyang, May 4 (KCNA) -- The "Committee for Promoting Defense Reform", an advisory body under the south Korean puppet minister of Defense, is contemplating a proposal to include again into the "defense white paper" the conception that the "north is the principal enemy". Meanwhile, the puppet group let wicked conservative organizations and human scum hold a "rally" in Seoul to kick off an anti-DPRK human rights campaign, vociferating about "freedom" and "human rights". Rodong Sinmun Tuesday observes in a signed commentary carried in this regard: The ruckus kicked up by the puppet group to revive the conception about "the principal enemy" self-exposed that it is dead-set against reconciliation and cooperation with fellow countrymen and seeks to escalate confrontation and, furthermore, realize its ambition for invading the north in reliance upon armed forces. It dares try to tarnish the image of the DPRK, denying its most dignified system in the world. This is intolerable as it is a vivid manifestation of the undisguised repugnance and hostility toward the DPRK. By derailing the tour of Mt. Kumgang the conservative group of south Korea pushed the inter-Korean relations to the worst phase. Now it has gone the lengths of reviving the conception about "the principal enemy" and desperately kicking up a despicable anti-DPRK human rights campaign in a bid to escalate the confrontation with fellow countrymen, totally denying its ideology and system. This is, however, nothing but the last-ditch effort of those keen on confrontation. The group of traitors had better stop at once the foolish confrontation racket, not forgetting the miserable end their predecessors met while going mad with confrontation with fellow countrymen. |
