It is the U.S. wild ambition and action standard to upset the strategic equilibrium through the arms race and attain its hegemonic objective by maintaining an unchallenged military edge.

With no artifice can the U.S. justify its moves to establish MD under the pretext of "missile threats" from someone.

The U.S. would be well advised to drop its foolish scenario to attain its sinister purpose under the pretext of "missile threats".
