The statement said:

We will as ever support the steadfast stand of the government of the DPRK to build a durable peace regime on the Korean Peninsula and denuclearize the peninsula.

It is our hope that the nuclear forces of the DPRK will deter and beat back any aggression and attack on it till the Korean Peninsula and the rest of the world are denuclearized.

The DPRK has consistently maintained its policy that it will not use nukes against non-nuclear states or threaten them with those weapons unless they are involved in aggression or attack on it in collusion with a nuclear weapons state.

We are of the view that the DPRK is willing to join in the international efforts for nuclear non-proliferation and safe handling of nuclear substance on an equal footing with other nuclear weapons states.

Under the prevailing situation, we call upon all peace-loving people of the world to go united to wage a dynamic struggle against the plots of the imperialists to violate the sovereignty of other countries.
