Kim in the message said that the heroic feats performed by the army and people of the Soviet Union in the war to defeat fascism and defend security of the country and world peace would remain long in history.

Expressing expectation that the DPRK-Russia relations would develop in the spirit of the joint documents adopted between the two countries, Kim wished the Russian President success in his work.
