Edited on the front cover and pages of the book written by Marwan Sudah, chairman of the Arab Committee for Solidarity with Korean People and Supporting the Reunification of Korea in Jordan, are photos of General Secretary Kim Jong Il waving back to the cheering military paraders and inspecting a unit of the Korean People's Army.

The book explains that Kim Jong Il established the Songun politics as the most scientific and revolutionary fundamental political mode under socialism in the era of independence and it is politics of ardent love for the country, the nation and the people and the most powerful and dignified politics of independence. And it explains the principle of putting the army ahead of the working class, which was set forth for the first time in history, and the validity of the new viewpoint on the main force of the revolution, comparing them with the preceding theories.

The book cites facts that the cause of perpetuating the memory of Kim Il Sung was accomplished on the highest level in the DPRK and it is dynamically pushing forward the building of a great prosperous and powerful nation, meeting all sorts of challenges of the imperialists with the might of Songun.

The Songun politics serves as an eternal banner of the anti-imperialist struggle which all the countries and nations aspiring after independence against domination and subjugation should hold aloft, a perfect political mode representing not only the present but the future of mankind and a strategic line to be held fast to by them forever, stresses the author in the book.
