The President told an official of the factory that as it might be inconvenient for two families to share a kitchen, each family should have its own.

He then advised the women to organize a housewives' cooperative, make soybean sauce and paste by themselves and cultivate various vegetables such as red pepper in their family gardens to solve the shortage of non-staple foodstuffs.
