Resignation of S. Korean Chief Executive Urged
Pyongyang, May 17 (KCNA) -- The Youth and Students Solidarity for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration in south Korea released a statement on May 12 in denunciation of the rhetoric let loose by the puppet group of traitors.

The statement recalled that on May 11 the present chief executive, referring to the candle-light actions against the import of American beef, blustered that "there would be no social development without people's repentance" and urged them to "reflect" on those actions.

Two years ago, he said he admitted the fact that the unilateral "administration of state affairs" caused antipathy among people, the statement noted, adding that all the people can hardly repress their resentment at what he behaved at present diametrically contrary to his earlier statement.

This proves that the present chief executive just pretended to admit his failure in "state administration" in a bid to get rid of the crisis caused by the candle-light actions and waited for a chance for retaliation, laughing at the people, the statement pointed out.

It demanded that the chief executive step down as early as possible as he is characterized by lies and arrogance.
