When he arrived at the unit early in the morning, the commanding officers of the unit were surprised by his early coming.

After exchanging greetings with them, he told them that he had planned to visit the unit in the afternoon, but altered his schedule as the weather forecast said it would rain from the morning. He then said that after the inspection he wanted to have a photo taken with servicepersons of the unit, not getting them wet in the rain.
