Present at the talks from the DPRK side were the members of the visiting delegation of the league led by Ri Yong Chol, first secretary of its Central Committee, and the charge d'affaires ad interim of the DPRK embassy in Teheran and from the Iranian side the members of the delegation of the organization led by its Head Mehrdad Bazrpash who is vice-president of Iran.

At the talks both sides informed each other of their organizations' activities and exchanged views on further developing the friendly relations between them and a series of matters of mutual concern.
