The Lee Myung Bak group of traitors in south Korea is busy staging a foolish charade, crying out for "punishment" and "retaliation" after issuing the "results of investigation" as regards the sinking of its warship, the statement noted, and went on:

The sinking of warship "Cheonan" is nothing but a farce orchestrated by the south Korean warlike forces from A to Z.

The puppet conservative forces, after losing popularity among the people for their racket of inter-Korean confrontation, hastily announced the preposterous "results of investigation" by linking the DPRK with the above-said case. This was aimed at suppressing the democratic forces in the forthcoming "elections to the self-governing bodies".

The root cause of misfortune should be eliminated without delay.

Fully supporting the strict stand clarified by the NDC of the DPRK that it would react to "retaliation" with stronger retaliation and to "punishment" with indiscriminate punishment, all the officials and compatriots of the association will struggle to the last against the group of traitors' confrontation with the DPRK, it declared.
