Despicable Plot of GNP under Fire in S. Korea

Pyongyang, May 26 (KCNA) -- A lawmaker from the Democratic Party of south Korea called an emergency press conference at the "National Assembly" on May 24 to assail the group of the "Grand National Party" for working hard to use the sinking of the warship for its political purpose, according to south Korean CBS.

He opened to media a GNP's document for internal circulation, which had been worked out to cope with "elections to the local self-governing bodies."

Explaining that the document defines the sinking of the warship as a "security issue" and calls for its wide publicity to the people, he held that this was material evidence proving the ruling camp's plot to misuse the above-said case for its election purpose.
