The puppet military has begun implementing what it called "50 day-plan for winning sure victory", while vociferating about "readjusting the conception of operation" in the waters of the West Sea and "rounding off the operational posture."

The warmongers are busy making a switchover in the "keynote of the military strategy" to a "deterrent strategic system" capable of "promptly striking" strategic military targets of the DPRK within 24 hours, trumpeting about "free chastisement."

The puppet forces are contemplating staging large-scale combined anti-submarine exercises together with the U.S. in the West Sea as a "military retaliatory measure" taken in line with the "results of investigation". A nuclear-powered submarine and aircraft carrier of the U.S. imperialist aggressor forces will reportedly be involved in those maneuvers.

No one can predict when these dangerous war exercises will develop into an all-out war, the commentary says, and goes on:

If the warmongers of south Korea foolishly preempt a war against the DPRK in collusion with outside forces, they are bound to perish in the flames kindled by themselves.

They would be well advised to stop going reckless, well aware of the will of the army and the people of the DPRK to wipe them out.
