The wreath-laying ceremony was attended by Kim Ki Nam, Yang Hyong Sop and others, officials of party, armed forces and power organs, ministries and national institutions and working people in the city of Pyongyang.

Placed before her grave were wreaths in the name of the WPK Central Committee, ministries, national institutions, military academies, educational and media institutions and party and power organs and farms in Pyongyang.

The participants paid silent tribute to Ri Po Ik, looking back on the brilliant life of Ri who made sure that the tradition of the Mangyongdae family was steadily inherited by its members and devoted her all to the liberation and prosperity of the country.
