Kim Hak Bok, chairman of the Kyoto prefectural headquarters of Chongryon, noted that Koreans in Japan could not repress their surging anger at the south Korean group of traitors who cooked up the case of warship "Cheonan" sinking, an unprecedented fabrication, bringing the inter-Korean relations to a collapse and escalating the moves for a war of aggression against the DPRK.

He stressed that the headquarters would more dynamically arouse broad strata of compatriots to a nationwide struggle for resolutely frustrating the south Korean conservative group's moves to escalate the confrontation with the DPRK and achieving independent reunification, peace and prosperity under the banner of "By our nation itself".

Jong Hui Gyong, chairperson of the Kanagawa prefectural headquarters of Chongryon, called upon all the fellow countrymen in the north and the south and overseas to mete out a stern judgment to the sycophants and traitors working with bloodshot eyes to bring all sorts of misfortune and sufferings to them in collusion with outside forces.

Kim Jong Su, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Union of Korean Writers and Artistes in Japan, declared that the Koreans would never pardon the Lee group of traitors who have committed acts of treachery by bringing the June 15 era of reconciliation and cooperation, a fruition of the desire and will of all the fellow countrymen, and the inter-Korean relations which had dynamically advanced in the idea of "By our nation itself" to those before the publication of the June 15 joint declaration by engineering a despicable farce and stepping up war moves against the DPRK.

Pak Tong Ho, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Korean Students Union in Japan, stated the organization would resolutely smash the moves frantically stepped up by the group of traitors to escalate the confrontation with the DPRK, rendering the situation so tense that a war may break out any moment.
