The bulletin in an article captioned "The Workers' Party of Korea trusted by the people" said that the WPK led by Kim Jong Il has perfect mass foundation.

From the very day of its birth, the WPK has creditably discharged its mission and duty as a mass party, it noted, adding:

The WPK built a socialist state centered on the popular masses, holding high the slogan "We Serve the People!"

The WPK is absolutely supported and trusted by the people, the secret of which is the fact that it has embodied the Juche idea.

Believe in the people and rely on them and you shall always emerge victorious; if you are forsaken by them, you will always fail. This was the maxim of President Kim Il Sung, and it has served as the maxim of the WPK.

It is the duty of the WPK to exist for the people and struggle to realize their demand for independence and interests. And the supreme principle of the WPK's activities is to steadily improve the standard of people's living.

It is axiom that as a tree with deep roots does not shake in any raging wind, the WPK which has the rock-firm mass foundation while enjoying absolute trust from the people will never be shaken even under any political upheaval.
