Noting with high appreciation that Kim Jong Il has developed the WPK into a party with the steadfast guiding idea and a party all the members of which are united as one in mind, the statement stressed that the WPK led by him would always demonstrate its might as the party of President Kim Il Sung and the invincible party.

All the members of the Socialist Popular Party of Mexico pay deepest respects to Kim Jong Il, who has performed immortal exploits for the development of the WPK, on the occasion of the 46th anniversary of his start of work at its Central Committee and wish him signal progress in the party building and activities this significant year marking the 65th birthday of the WPK, the statement said.
