Seen in the upper part of the stamp is an inscription "In commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the publication of the June 15 joint declaration". The stamp reflects the will of Koreans in the north, the south and abroad to achieve an independent reunification of the country without fail on the basis of the declaration and in the spirit of "by our nation itself".

A sheetlet portraying varieties of dinosaurs has also been issued.
