The bulletin referred to voices increasing in Peru and other Latin American countries in dismissing the case of the sinking of south Korea's warship "Cheonan" as an anti-DPRK conspiratorial farce orchestrated by the U.S. imperialists and the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors.
