UK Ambassador Gives Reception

| Pyongyang, June 17 (KCNA) -- Peter Hughes, British ambassador to the DPRK, arranged a reception on Thursday to celebrate the official birthday of the queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (national day). Present there on invitation were Kung Sok Ung, vice-minister of Foreign Affaires, and other officials concerned and representatives of foreign embassies and international organizations here. Staff members of the British embassy were on hand. Speeches were made there. |
