The film tells about the undying leadership feats of Kim Jong Il who developed the WPK organizationally and ideologically and enhanced its leading role upholding the banner of the Juche idea, thereby registering great victories in the revolution and construction.

At the early period of his start of work at the Central Committee he, regarding it as his lifelong task to build the WPK into the Party of President Kim Il Sung, formulated the revolutionary idea of the President as the unique idea guiding our era and proclaimed it as the supreme program of the WPK to model the whole society on the Juche idea. Scenes showing these historical facts touched the heartstrings of the audience.

The film made an impressive historical representation of the revolutionary activities of Kim Jong Il who worked heart and soul to make the Party a strong force guiding the cause of Juche with his outstanding ideology and theory and extraordinary political calibre.

Also contained in the film are the facts that he brought up the service persons of the Korean People's Army to be a-match-for-a-hundred soldiers and defenders of the socialist country and the youth to be the reliable reserves of the Party, thereby providing a sure guarantee for the final victory of the revolutionary cause of Juche.
