The bulletin in an article titled "The invincible WPK and Kim Jong Il" said that Kim Jong Il has led the WPK to consistently take the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung as a firm guiding idea and principle.

Kim Jong Il proved the originality and validity of the Juche idea through his energetic ideological and theoretical activities and, on this basis, made sure that the party fully ensured its unity in thinking and led it to hold fast to the Juche idea as its everlasting guiding idea, it said, adding:

Thanks to Kim Jong Il's wise guidance the WPK could demonstrate its might as the powerful revolutionary party consistently adhering to its principle without any vacillation despite all sorts of tempests of history.

Kim Jong Il has led the WPK to serve the people, being responsible for their destiny, by fully embodying Kim Il Sung's idea of believing in people as in Heaven, his life-long maxim, the bulletin noted, stressing that the WPK led by Kim Jong Il will always emerge victorious.
