Present there were chiefs and members of Juche idea and Songun policy study organizations in Ukraine and the general secretary of the International Alliance of Societies for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy in East European and Central Asian Regions.

Nikolai Polishk, chairman of the National Coordinating Committee of the Ukrainian Society for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Association for the Study of Songun Policy, said in a report at the seminar that the Juche idea is the one and only guidelines indicating the way for global independence, adding that only when Ukraine follows the example of the DPRK, can it hold its authority in the international arena.

It is the natural duty and basic mission of the Juche idea followers to extend active support and solidarity to the Korean people who are waging the vigorous struggle against the U.S. and other hostile forces' moves to stifle the DPRK, the reporter stressed.

Then speeches were made at the seminar.

The speakers unanimously said that the Juche idea clarifying the position and role of man in the world serves as the great banner of struggle which indicates the way for achieving the independent development of each country and carving out the destiny of each nation on a global scale.

Expressing admiration at the reality of the DPRK where the leader and the people have formed a harmonious whole, they said that even the people of a small country can turn into dignified people when their leader is great.

Adopted at the seminar was a declaration "Let us intensify the dissemination of the idea on independence of humankind to cope with 'globalization'".
