It cites facts to prove that the U.S. carefully worked out a scenario for the Korean war in advance and rounded off the preparations for it and, on this basis, started the war.

The U.S. imperialists enforced a "military administration" in south Korea. This was aimed to hold in check the democratization of the south Korean society at the point of bayonet, turn it into a complete colony and step up the preparations for a war of aggression against the DPRK with south Korea as a springboard.

They staged unjust "separate elections" to establish a "separate government" in south Korea through the "UN Temporary Commission on Korea". The "separate elections" were frustrated owing to the opposition by majority of the south Korean people, but they finally cooked up the puppet government.

They appointed MacArthur as the commander of the U.S. forces in the Far East in December 1946 according to the plan for the preparations for the Korean war and formed their Far East forces.

Under his command a scenario for another world war including the Korean war was studied and worked out in real earnest.

This scenario calling for hurling U.S. forces into the war right after it was ignited by south Korea on the basis of the thorough preparations for it was modified and completed in reflection of diplomatic plots and the plan for spy operations of the U.S. Department of State. This scenario was discussed and approved by the U.S. National Security Council in April 1950.

They finally completed the above-said scenario at the beginning of 1950 and worked out in detail even a U.S. strategic plan for the war.

Meanwhile, they left no means untried to secure huge armed forces and war equipment.

They were, at the same time, busy hastening the conclusion of bilateral military agreements with their satellite countries of the world in order to bring their armed forces to the Korean war.

All facts clearly prove that the Korean war was ignited by the U.S. imperialists on the basis of the carefully prearranged war scenario.

The U.S. would be well advised to stop making desperate efforts to evade the responsibility for the start of the Korean war, admit its crimes and draw a bitter lesson taught by history, urges the article.
