Workers and members of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea held an indignation meeting and school youth and children in the capital city of Pyongyang a meeting to vow to take revenge upon the U.S. imperialists on the bank of the Taedong River where there are the monument to the sinking of the U.S. aggressor ship "General Sherman" and the U.S. imperialist armed spy ship "Pueblo."

At the meetings speakers condemned the brutality and cruelty of the U.S. imperialists who ignited a war of aggression against the DPRK and perpetrated the most hideous massacres and destruction in the world history of wars.

People in Sinchon County of South Hwanghae Province, Kaesong and Wonsan cities, Susan-ri, Kangso District of Nampho City and other cities, counties and ris also met to roundly expose the bestial atrocities committed by the U.S. imperialist ogres.

Workers in the fields of steel, power, coal and textile industries and agricultural workers of the Migok Co-op Farm in Sariwon City of North Hwanghae Province, the Sinam Co-op Farm in Ryongchon County of North Phyongan Province and other farms held meetings to evince their unshakable will to become the fortress and shield defending leader Kim Jong Il at the risk of their lives just as the youth did in the war and valiantly struggle to wipe out the enemies by staking the honor of Juche Korea, Songun Korea.

Working people and school youth and children in various parts of the country visited houses of class education in provinces, cities and counties.
