The assistant to the national chairman of the Central Committee of the Brazilian Communist Party noted with high appreciation that since the beginning of his work at the WPK Central Committee
Kim Jong Il has led the WPK to strictly regard the Juche idea fathered by President Kim Il Sung as its guidelines.

Saber Ballul, head of Department of the Political Faculty of University of Damascus of Syria, said that Kim Jong Il is guiding the WPK to serve the people and struggle for their interests, wishes and happiness. The DPRK has won only victory despite difficult and complicated situation mainly because he has strengthened the WPK in every way, the speaker stressed.

The international secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Malta said that the true picture of single-minded unity of the whole society, which can be seen only in the DPRK, is the fruition of Kim Jong Il's wise leadership over the party work.
