A deputy director general of the Asian Regional Institute of the Juche Idea, W. A. Duminduwardane, vice-chairman of the Committee of Self-Reliance Studies in Sri Lanka, and its secretary general and other personages at a seminar said that Kim Jong Il developed the WPK into a party which took its roots deep among the broad masses, a party that enjoys absolute support and trust from them.

The secretary general of the Myanmar Olympic Committee who is director general of the Myanmar Ministry of Sports at a meeting praised Kim Jong Il as a prominent leader, possessed of outstanding political caliber and noble popular traits, with whom no one can stand comparison in the world.

A chief of a German group for the study of the Juche idea said at a seminar that it is the great exploit of Kim Jong Il that he made public a great number of works including "On the Fundamentals of Revolutionary Party Building", systematizing the theories of party building to be followed by the world revolutionary parties as guidelines.

A message to Kim Jong Il was adopted at a function in Germany.
