The chairwoman of the Party for Peace and Unity of Russia, the chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Bangladesh, the deputy general secretary of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea, the secretary of the Central Committee of the Party for Unity and Progress of Guinea who is member of its Political Bureau and members of the leadership of political parties concerned and the secretary general of the Bangladesh-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Committee visited the DPRK embassies in their countries. They placed floral baskets before the full-length pictures of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il standing together there and made bows to them.

The general secretary of the Central Committee of the Socialist Party of Bangladesh, the general secretary of the People's Vanguard of Costa Rica, the chairman of the National Executive Committee of the Polish Communist Party, the president of the Group of Dialectical Materialists of Italy, the director general of the African Regional Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea and other high-ranking officials from political and public circles issued statements in high praises of the undying feats performed by Kim Jong Il in party building.

Such events as meetings, seminars, lectures and film shows took place in at least 60 countries and regions including China, Russia, Cuba, Pakistan, Iran, Libya, Nigeria, Peru, Brazil, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and France more than 300 times in a little more than one month in celebration of the anniversary.

Personages of political parties, governments, organizations and regional and international organizations participated in those events, at which they expressed their boundless praises and reverence for Kim Jong Il who set a shining example in building the Juche-oriented party.
