No one has the right to breach the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration and any behavior in violation of them precisely means a criminal act of violating the north-south agreements and going against the public opinion at home and abroad, the article notes, and goes on:

The Lee Myung Bak group is driving the inter-Korean relations to such all-out confrontation and war phase as that of the former military dictatorial regime. The group of traitors referred to the UN the warship case, a hideous farce orchestrated by it in a bid to increase the sanctions and pressure upon the DPRK. It is, at the same time, busy staging anti-DPRK confrontation burlesques on the occasion of June 25, the day the Korean War was kicked off, to more frantically stoke bitterness towards fellow countrymen than ever before.

Without frustrating the group's reckless moves to escalate the confrontation it is not possible to protect the historic inter-Korean declarations and precious achievements made in the June 15 era of reunification nor is it possible to expect any progress in the movement for national reunification.

The will of the Koreans for independent reunification will remain unbreakable and final victory is in store for them struggling in unity full of confidence no matter what manifold trials may lie in the way of the June 15 era of reunification.

All Koreans in the north and the south and abroad should turn out in a just nationwide patriotic struggle for courageously meeting the challenges of the anti-reunification forces at home and abroad and achieving independent reunification, peace and prosperity, concludes the article.
