Suppression of Progressive Figures Assailed in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, July 7 (KCNA) -- The "Security Investigation Group" of the puppet Seoul District Police Agency of south Korea summoned and investigated former and incumbent leading members of the Headquarters of the Movement for the Withdrawal of the U.S. Forces on June 28 and 30. The fascist police took this action against the headquarters on charges of the violation of the "National Security Law" after claiming that it spread a "lie" about the case of warship "Cheonan" sinking. The organization held that the fascist police's action was aimed to fabricate a case to tide over the crisis created by the heavy defeat in the "elections to local self-governing bodies." |
