He then calculated the mineral water processing capacity and clarified issues concerning the construction, production of mineral water and bottles and their transport.

He also suggested calling the bottled water "Kangso Mineral Water".

When the construction project was progressing at the final stage, he visited the site again and set forth tasks to be fulfilled to supply the mineral water to the people as early as possible.
